These terms and conditions of sale apply to every purchase made on the FRM Mock Tests website. The customer accepts them when placing an order.

2. Description of the service

FRM Mock Tests provides mock exams in the form of multiple-choice questionnaires, designed to prepare for the FRM® (Financial Risk Manager) exam. The service includes:

  • access to every mock exam published on the website: all certifications and all available years, including those published during the access period;
  • unlimited attempts, each exam being timed (duration shown on the exam page, 4 hours by default), with the option to pause and resume;
  • detailed answers for each attempt and a history of results.

Questions are renewed every year. Exams from previous years remain available as long as they are published.

FRM® and Financial Risk Manager® are registered trademarks of the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). FRM Mock Tests is independent: it is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by GARP. The mock exams are original practice content; they do not reproduce the official exam and do not guarantee passing it.

3. Customer account

A purchase requires a personal account, created with a verified email address and a password. The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. The account and the access are strictly personal and may not be shared or transferred.

4. Price

The price is €99.99 including all taxes, as a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.

The applicable VAT is calculated according to the customer’s country and is shown on the invoice. For a purchase made by a business established in another European Union member state with a valid VAT number, VAT is reverse-charged to the customer: the amount paid remains €99.99, excluding VAT.

The seller may change its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one displayed when the order is placed.

5. Order and payment

The customer reviews the order summary, ticks the box waiving the right of withdrawal (see below), and is then redirected to Stripe’s secure payment page. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

Payment is processed by Stripe; the seller never has access to the customer’s card details. An invoice is issued for every purchase.

A confirmation email is sent after payment. It summarises the order, the access end date and the customer’s consent to immediate performance. The order and invoice remain available in the “My purchases” area.

6. Access period

Access opens as soon as payment is confirmed, for a period of 6 months. When it expires, it ends with no action required from the customer and no further charge. The customer may buy a new access once the previous one has expired.

An attempt in progress when access expires can no longer be resumed; results of completed attempts remain available.

The seller may grant free access by invitation. This access is identical to paid access and may be withdrawn by the seller at any time.

7. Right of withdrawal

Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

In accordance with article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and the consumer has waived their right of withdrawal.

As access opens immediately after payment, the customer expressly requests this immediate performance and waives their right of withdrawal by ticking the box provided before payment. Without this consent, the order cannot be placed. The consent is confirmed in the order confirmation email.

8. Terms of use

The service is for personal use in preparing for the exam. In particular, the following are prohibited:

  • sharing the account or credentials with a third party;
  • copying, extracting, reproducing or distributing the questions, answers and explanations, in whole or in part;
  • using automated means to access the service.

To keep the service available, new attempts are limited to 10 per 24-hour period. In the event of a serious breach of these rules, the seller may suspend access after informing the customer.

9. Service availability

The seller endeavours to keep the service available at all times but cannot guarantee it. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or in the event of an incident. Answers in an attempt are saved regularly and time is counted by the server.

10. Legal guarantee of conformity

Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided for in articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. In the event of a lack of conformity, they may request that the service be brought into conformity or, failing that, a price reduction or termination of the contract, by writing to [To be completed: contact email].

11. Liability

The content is provided for practice. The seller takes the greatest care over its accuracy but does not guarantee that it is error-free or that the customer will pass the official exam. Reported errors are corrected in a new revision of the exam.

The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the service, force majeure or the act of a third party. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer’s statutory rights.

12. Intellectual property

The questions, answers, explanations, texts, logos and graphic elements of the website are protected by intellectual property law. The purchase grants the customer a personal, non-exclusive right of use for the access period, to the exclusion of any other right.

13. Personal data

The customer’s personal data is processed in accordance with the website’s privacy policy.

14. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint may be sent to [To be completed: contact email].

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer a dispute free of charge to a consumer mediator, after first trying to resolve it directly with the seller through a written complaint. Competent mediator: [To be completed: mediator’s name, postal address and website].

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers residing in another European Union member state retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

Failing an amicable settlement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts under the conditions provided by law.

16. Changes to these terms

The seller may change these terms. The terms applicable to an order are those in force on the date of that order.
